Weight Gain Diet

Don't overlook the smaller seemingly less important things like fruit and veg! Many people trying to gain weight overlook these finer details and it doing so hurt their muscle building regime. In my early twenties, I too was guilty of this. I would cook 5 or 6 meals in the evening, eat one then after my workout and the rest would be for the following day - usually chicken or tuna and rice.Another likely villain is fatigue of the thyroid gland - which controls the rate of metabolism. As you undertake the diet and your body has less food to process, it will take the opportunity to get rid of excess toxins in your system. This takes lots of water which is why most of your weight loss on the diet will be water weight. As soon as you go back to your regular eating habits, your body will replace the water it lost and you will gain the weight back.

So to put on more muscle size, I'd recommend a daily caloric intake of 50% protein, 30% carbohydrates, and finally, 20% fat. Don't subscribe to the common belief that a high protein diet plan may interfere with the proper function of the kidneys. Remember you're not planning to lounge on the couch, watching TV while nibbling on junk foods all day. You're goal is to put on weight by increasing muscle size and the only way to accomplish this is to go on a high protein diet plan. Alright I'm going to stop jabbering now and let you in on how I plan the best diet for building muscle.Because there are so many diet plans on the market and being discussed on the Internet, it can be hard to figure out which plans would be the best for you to follow. The best thing is to always start by speaking with your family doctor about what plans you should follow. He or she will look through your medical chart to make sure that you are even healthy enough to start any sort of diet and exercise program.
