So You Suffer From Stage 1 Severe Anxiety Disorder-Trust Me, Do Not Allow It To Get To Stage 2!

If just hearing these 3 words, severe anxiety disorder gives you shivers it should, this condition is very serious. When it starts out in stage 1, you will usually experience physical symptoms, then if the problem is ignored IT WILL snow balls into way way bigger issues. The mental ones, I hope you DO NOT have to read about stage 2 in my other articles to find out about them and the damage they cause. It is VERY scary stuff.

Initially severe anxiety disorder will start out as 1, maybe 2 mild attacks, this could happen relatively close, or over a period of time {weeks / months}. The fear alone from the first attacks is enough to rattle any of us, you do not know what it is, or why it happened, as far as your concerned you may think your having a heart attack, the symptoms are VERY similar. This fright generally will have you bolting for the closest medical center / hospital.

Just to give you an idea of the symptom of severe anxiety disorder, you can then see why it could be mistaken for a heart attack!

Rapid heart beat.
Dizzy spells.
Mouth suddenly drys up.
Start heavy sweating.
Stomach knots.
Tight restricted chest and throat.

And my friend this is only a short list of symptoms caused by severe anxiety disorder.

Has this ever happened to you? Just out of the blue one day you experience, a rapid heart beat, sweaty hands and generally a feeling of loosing control. You have absolutely no idea what brought this on the only thing your sure of at that point was you were TERRIFIED, nothing like this has ever happened before.

You finally ride the wave, and your body naturally settles down, that is normal . it is called the rationalization mechanism. This is located in the front section of our brain which we will get into later.

BUT this is where the problem starts, the fear from that attack is usually so intense it is not something that is easy to forget and just move on, so every day becomes ground hog day. Over and over this terrifying experience keeps playing in your mind, it is like a needle stuck in the grooves of a scratched record. You just can not let it pass.Severe anxiety disorder has just moved in!

This is all part of the reason you have developed severe anxiety disorder, you are creating fear for self by not letting go, your mind has taken over, you believe you are not strong enough to control the fear, so then the fear builds and this is how it snow balls. HELLO severe anxiety disorder.

Most people have the ability to switch fear off as quick as it starts, but for the majority this is an all most impossible task to do. Unless you, 1 understand why the fear is escalating, and 2 how to shut it off.

So now I shall tell you what the brain has to do with severe anxiety disorder. ,
Firstly, just so you can follow, I will address 2 parts of the brain. Part 1, being the front of the brain { rationalization mechanism }. Part 2, being the middle of the brain { fear mechanism }.

What happens is this, when we feel anxious, or fear approaching our own defense steps in and brain waves get switch very quickly to the middle section part 2 of our brain, this is our bodies way of saying { Hey this is not good prepare your self } so we go into adrenalin stage.

This is what you feel when you have an anxiety attack. So if you have control over your brain, or mind you are able to say to your self " hey what is going on, there is no situation, so you then can calm your self down.

How this is done is by knowing how to switch the brain wave from the middle, back to the front where they should be. piece of cake if you know how.

Something I do want to let you in on, the emotion and physical trauma you experience from severe anxiety disorder is no different then the feelings of a professional athlete, only there is a reason they feel this way is because they are working out .Because you experience this when your just standing still is why you fear it, and believe me it is easy to stop the fear.
